Then, she was very honest and helpful with managing an offer/home inspection - and follow-up with the details from the inspector — All while we had moved to another state. We felt very comfortable with her representing us and keeping an eye on our property while we were so far away.

Trisha gave recommendations of small things we could do to help sell our house and get our house picture perfect ready. Trisha'S description and pictures of our house were awesome and helped lead in two different buyers within only a few days of it being listed with her. Trisha was detailed, open, honest, and very professional with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know that is wanting to sell their house!

This was our second attempt at selling our home. The first was with a different agent. To say we were pleased with Trisha would be the understatement of the year. We're even making her a prime rib dinner as an extra thanks!!! Trisha was in constant contact with the pictures, assessment, showings, social media postings, etc. This agent is a work horse! We received the recommendation to go with Trisha through a former client of hers who was also ecstatic with her work. You will be in great hands with Trisha with all of your real estate needs.
